Discover the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also affectionately known as the isolation disconnect switch. This device is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, all without load but with voltage assertively present.
This switch, tailor-made for single-phase deployment in three-phase line systems, boasts a straightforward design, making it both cost-effective and user-friendly. With rated current options ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, the switch comprises a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, conductive elements, and a versatile mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates flawless circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades, complemented by exterior compression springs on either side. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's operation. An insulated hook stick oversees the switch's operational movements, while a built-in self-locking mechanism enhances operational security.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature: Experience reliable function with a range from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C.
Outdoor wind speed should remain below 35 meters/second to ensure stability and safety.
The seismic intensity should not surpass 8 degrees, with installation sites chosen to avoid areas prone to severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual review to check the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt and contaminants from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior, maintaining peak performance.
Perform a comprehensive inspection for any part damage, with heightened focus on detecting cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Assess whether the contact surfaces of the conductive components maintain their integrity and connectivity.
