This sophisticated switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present but without load. This switch is engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, renowned for its uncomplicated design, affordability, and user-friendliness. Available in a variety of rated currents from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a base, robust post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operation, each phase incorporates two conductive blades supported by external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's operation. Designed for operation with an insulated hook stick, it also boasts a reliable self-locking feature.
Working Environment:
Capable of operating at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Handles a wide ambient temperature range, from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Resilient to seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ideally installed at locations with minimal severe vibrations.
Optimal performance is ensured when the installation site is free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work

Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal function.
Scrutinize all parts for any signs of damage, with particular focus on identifying insulation porcelain bottle cracks or damage.
Verify that the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition.
