The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is crafted to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, managing the transition gracefully without load, yet with the voltage present.
Our switch is meticulously designed for single-phase utilization in three-phase line systems and is synonymous with a simple structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. It is available in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch features a robust construction comprising a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates circuit opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife featuring two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the contact pressure required for the switch's gate knife is meticulously achieved. Operations are conducted using an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions, complimented by a self-locking device to ensure safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not exceed 1000 meters for optimal performance;
The ambient temperature should ideally be no higher than +40°C and not drop below -30°C for efficient operation;
Outdoor conditions should ideally have a wind speed not surpassing 35 meters per second;
The seismic intensity should be a maximum of 8 degrees; the installation location should be free from frequent and severe vibrations to maintain stability.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS CAN CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVES AND SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually inspect the following switch components to ensure continued reliability:
Efficiently remove all dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Carefully examine all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Consistently verify that the conductive part's contact surface remains intact and in excellent condition.
