It serves the purpose of opening and closing both single-phase and three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring a robust and reliable system.
This remarkable switch is meticulously designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet ingenious structure, making it both cost-effective and user-friendly. It offers a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to various demands. The switch is composed of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. It utilizes an innovative gate knife structure to facilitate circuit operations. The gate knife of each phase elegantly consists of two conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure is effortlessly achieved for the switch's gate knife. The switch operation is elegantly managed with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, further enhanced by a reliable self-locking device.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work

Thoroughly remove dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles, maintaining their integrity.
Inspect all parts for any damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any damage or cracks promptly.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition, ensuring seamless performance.
