The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also popularly known as an isolation disconnect switch, stands as a beacon of innovation in electrical engineering. It is meticulously designed for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch proficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits with grace and precision—ensuring safety by handling circuits without load, yet maintaining voltage presence.
Crafted for excellence, this switch caters to single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a simplistic yet robust structure that promises cost-effectiveness and unparalleled ease of operation. Available in rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, it comprises a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure enables smooth circuit operations, composed of two conductive blades for each phase, complemented by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure control. An insulated hook stick ensures safe operational handling, coupled with a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Built to thrive at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Accommodates ambient temperatures: capping at a warm +40°C and braving as low as -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters/second;
Resilient against seismic activities with intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site should be devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the installation area is free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch’s insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually inspect and maintain the following essential parts of the switch:
Eliminate any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain efficiency.
Diligently check all components for damage, with a keen focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains impeccable and functional.
