The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as the isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Elegantly engineered to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet under voltage conditions, this switch promises exceptional performance.
This switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase utilization within three-phase line frameworks, distinguishing itself with a straightforward, cost-efficient, and user-friendly design. Offered in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive elements, and a reliable mechanical section. The thoughtfully designed gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, augmented with external compression springs to ensure optimal contact pressure. Operation via an insulated hook stick and equipped with a self-locking device, it guarantees secure and precise operation.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed an impressive 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: peaks not above +40°C; valleys not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed gracefully capped at 35 meters/second;
Seismic resilience not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation locale should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation conditions must be pristine, free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, grime, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could detrimentally impact the switch's insulation and conductivity excellence.
Note:
IN THE EVENT OF EXCEEDING THE PRESCRIBED NORMAL CONDITIONS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INITIATE NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to ensure top performance, focusing on:
Diligently remove all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Perform a thorough examination of all components for damage, with heightened attention to any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal functionality.
