(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch expertly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits sans load but with voltage intact, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
The switch is optimally engineered for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure, unrivaled cost-efficiency, and unparalleled ease of use. It is available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a reliable mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure is employed for circuit engagement and disengagement, each phase's gate knife featuring two conductive blades reinforced with external compression springs on both sides. The adjustment of spring height is crucial for achieving the perfect contact pressure for the switch's gate knife to perform optimally. The switch operation is effortlessly executed with an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
The switch is suitable for sites where the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature must be maintained at a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not falling below -30°C;
It is designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
The switch is constructed to endure seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; it is imperative that the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER IS ADVISED TO ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to assess the following components of the switch:
Diligently remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottles.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or fractures.
Verify the quality of the contact surface within the conductive components to ensure optimal performance.
