Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovative solution also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Specifically engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution, it expertly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present but without any load. This makes it an indispensable tool for your electrical infrastructure.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is an exemplar of simplicity, affordability, and operational ease. Choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, all designed with a robust base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section. Its gate knife structure, featuring two conductive blades per phase flanked by external compression springs, guarantees optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring height. Effortlessly operated with an insulated hook stick, it includes a self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures ranging from a sweltering maximum of +40°C to a chilling minimum of -30°C;
Resilient to outdoor winds not surpassing speeds of 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites recommended to avoid frequent severe vibrations.
Ideal installation sites should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS LISTED ABOVE BE EXCEEDED, WE WELCOME USERS TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
For enduring performance, annually inspect the following components of the switch:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Conduct a thorough inspection for any damage, especially focusing on detecting cracks or damages in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition to ensure reliable operation.
