(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is an engineering marvel specifically crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is able to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage conditions, providing a reliable solution without load.
Tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a remarkably simple structure, making it both cost-effective and user-friendly. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches comprise a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures precise opening and closing of the circuit, utilizing two conductive blades per phase with external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tuning of the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. The switch's operation is facilitated using an insulated hook stick, ensuring smooth opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Installation perfection is achieved at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature range is meticulously controlled: maximum not above +40°C and minimum not below -30°C;
Stability is ensured with outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
The switch is designed to withstand seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, ensuring that the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain pristine, devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
