Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an essential component of advanced power systems. This isolation disconnect switch is impeccably crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in the critical task of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits safely, without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring seamless power management.
Specifically engineered for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its straightforward design, remarkable cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. It comes in a variety of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, offering flexibility for diverse applications. The construction includes a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. Its sophisticated gate knife structure allows precise circuit control, with each phase's gate knife composed of dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs. These springs can be meticulously adjusted in height, catering to the optimal contact pressure. The switch operation is streamlined with an insulated hook stick, while a self-locking device enhances operational safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Operable at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed for ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees; ideal for sites without frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity properties.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure annual maintenance by inspecting the following parts of the switch:
Methodically remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal functionality.
Perform a thorough check of all components for any damage, focusing particularly on the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, looking for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure continued efficiency and reliability.
