(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, but no load.
This switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, renowned for its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. Rated currents available are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's architecture includes a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The circuit is engaged and disengaged using a gate knife structure, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. The height of these springs can be fine-tuned to attain optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. Operators use an insulated hook stick for swift opening and closing actions, further enhanced by a self-locking device for security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Suitable ambient temperature: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed for outdoor conditions with wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Capable of withstanding seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation location should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that might significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE ARE EXCEEDED, CUSTOMERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections on the following switch components:
Clean any dirt or debris from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficiency and safety.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition.
