Enter the realm of cutting-edge technology with the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also famed as the isolation disconnect switch. This marvel is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Seamlessly designed to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage still present, it stands as a quintessential solution for modern power networks.
Crafted specifically for single-phase applications within a three-phase line system, this switch boasts a straightforward structure, making it both cost-effective and user-friendly. Choose from rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps to fit your operational needs. The design incorporates a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and an advanced mechanical section. The operational efficiency is enhanced by a gate knife structure used for circuit modulation, composed of dual conductive blades in each phase, fortified by external compression springs. Fine-tuning spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. The switch operation is elegantly conducted using an insulated hook stick, equipped with a reliable self-locking mechanism for secure engagement.
Working Environment:
Thriving at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Endures ambient temperatures ranging from a searing +40°C to a frigid -30°C;
Defies outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Built to withstand seismic activity up to 8 degrees; installation must be in areas devoid of recurrent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch’s insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD OPERATING CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USER NEGOTIATION WITH THE COMPANY IS ENCOURAGED FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

Yearly inspection checklist for switch maintenance:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain functional integrity.
Conduct a thorough check for any damage to all components, paying keen attention to potential cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottles.
Verify the integrity of the contact surfaces within the conductive parts for seamless operation.
