Discover the impressive (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Expertly engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it effortlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage. Experience seamless operation without load interruptions.
Engineered for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. With rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it boasts a robust design featuring a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a sophisticated mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure, it ensures reliable circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife comprises dual conductive blades with external compression springs on either side, allowing precise adjustment of contact pressure. Manage opening and closing actions effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates within ambient temperatures: maximum +40°C to minimum -30°C;
Handles outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Withstands seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; Ideal installation sites are free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensures optimal performance in environments free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
If the standard operating conditions surpass the norms, users are encouraged to negotiate with the company for tailored solutions.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual comprehensive check of the following switch components:
Ensure cleanliness by removing dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Inspect all components for potential damage, placing particular emphasis on the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal condition.
