(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, stands as a pinnacle of design for utilization in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Expertly engineered to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, it offers unparalleled reliability and functionality.
Meticulously crafted for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch transforms simplicity into an art form. It embodies cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness, available in an array of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch comprises a robust base, high-strength post insulators, superior conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures seamless circuit opening and closing, utilizing two conductive blades with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the switch achieves the essential contact pressure for optimal performance. An insulated hook stick facilitates effortless operation, bolstered by a sophisticated self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD YOU ENCOUNTER CONDITIONS BEYOND THESE NORMAL PARAMETERS, PLEASE ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual comprehensive check on the following parts of the switch:
Meticulously remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulation porcelain bottle surface to maintain optimal conductivity.
Perform a thorough inspection of all components for any damage, especially monitoring the insulating porcelain bottle for integrity and absence of cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition.
