Introducing the (H)GWBEB type, an outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This robust switch is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It offers the reliable capability to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even when voltage is present, ensuring the safety and efficiency of your power management systems.
The switch is crafted specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems and boasts a simple structure, making it both cost-effective and user-friendly. With a range of available rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—this switch meets diverse power requirements. Its construction includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section for optimal performance. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height allows for precise contact pressure in the switch's gate knife. Operating the switch is effortless with an insulated hook stick for reliable opening and closing actions, and a built-in self-locking device enhances operational security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to operate in ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual regular checks are essential: inspect the following parts of the switch meticulously:
Thoroughly remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles for optimal performance.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all parts for damage, with heightened attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage and cracks.
Verify the condition of the contact surfaces of all conductive parts to ensure functionality and safety.
