(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation disconnect switch is expertly engineered for deployment on high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, rated at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. Its primary function is to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits safely and efficiently without load, but with voltage present. It stands as an essential component for maintaining uninterrupted power systems.
This switch, optimized for single-phase operation within three-phase systems, is lauded for its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and operability. It is offered in various rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Its construction encompasses a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical assembly. Utilizing a gate knife structure, the circuit opens or closes seamlessly. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, reinforced with external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. Operation is simplified through an insulated hook stick, and a self-locking device provides added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters for optimal performance.
Ambient Temperature: Must remain within the maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C to ensure precise functioning.
Outdoor wind speed: Must not surpass 35 meters/second to maintain stability and reliability.
Seismic Intensity: Should not exceed 8 degrees. Additionally, the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations to preserve the switch's integrity.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct regular checks on the following parts of the switch to ensure reliable operation and longevity:
Carefully remove any dirt or grime from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal conductivity and insulation.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with a particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle, ensuring there are no cracks or impairments.
Verify that all contact surfaces of the conductive parts are in excellent condition to ensure efficient operation.
