(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also affectionately referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with the utmost precision and assurance, allowing operations without load, but with voltage still present.
Tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. The available rated currents span a versatile range of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps. Comprised of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive components, and a reliable mechanical segment, this device uses an innovative gate knife structure for seamless circuit engagement. Each phase's gate knife features a pair of conductive blades, each equipped with robust external compression springs on either side, allowing for fine-tuned spring height adjustments to achieve optimal contact pressure. Operated with precision using an insulated hook stick, this switch also includes a convenient self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity must not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should remain at 8 degrees or below; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection and maintenance of the following switch components:
Meticulously clean the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain peak performance.
Diligently check for any damage across all parts, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part retains its integrity and functionality.
