(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It seamlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without load.
This switch, tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, stands out with its streamlined architecture, economic viability, and user-friendly operation. It offers a spectrum of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's anatomy comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The circuit's opening and closing are executed through a sophisticated gate knife structure, where each phase's gate knife incorporates dual conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick facilitates operational control, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Operable at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature constraints: max not above +40°C; min not below -30°C;
Sustains outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Endures seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE INVITED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain optimal performance.
Examine all parts for potential damage, with a keen focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is maintained in pristine condition.
