The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is specifically engineered for implementation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without any load, even when voltage is present, delivering reliability and efficiency.
This switch is masterfully designed for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet robust structure that offers remarkable cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switch comprises a base, post insulators, conductive components, and an intricate mechanical section. It employs a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit management, where each phase's gate knife is composed of dual conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both flanks. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is assured, enhancing the switch's operational efficiency. Engineered for ultimate convenience, the switch is operated using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing activities, and it includes a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to resist seismic activities up to 8 degrees; the installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, as well as other explosive or corrosive substances that may severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE STANDARD OPERATING CONDITIONS EXCEED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual thorough inspection on the following switch components:
Remove any dust or dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, as well as the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces.
Examine every component diligently for any potential damage, with particular focus on detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Evaluate the integrity of the conductive parts' contact surfaces to ensure optimal performance.
