Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an advanced solution also known as an isolation disconnect switch. It is expertly crafted for applications on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative device enables seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, precisely without load but under voltage.
This switch is ingeniously designed for single-phase application within three-phase line systems. Notable for its simple yet robust structure, it offers cost-efficiency and user-friendly operation. It boasts a variety of rated current options, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a base, post insulators, conductive components, and mechanical sections, it features a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit manipulation. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. The adjustable spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. This switch is conveniently operated with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, complete with a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Ideal installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum not above +40°C and minimum not below -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Withstands seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could seriously impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS FOR NORMAL USE ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Regularly inspect the switch parts to ensure optimal performance.
Diligently remove dirt from all conductive and contact surfaces, along with the insulating porcelain bottle.
Conduct a thorough inspection for any damage, with particular attention to identifying cracks or damage on the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the conductive part's contact surface maintains excellent condition.
