Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a marvel of engineering also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Specially crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. While voltage remains present, it operates without load, ensuring safety and efficiency.
This innovative switch is ideal for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems and stands out with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It is available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to a wide range of requirements. The switch's components include a robust base, reliable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a durable mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure, it opens and closes circuits with precision. Every phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. The spring height can be adjusted to achieve desired contact pressure, ensuring reliable operation. An insulated hook stick is used for performing opening and closing actions, and the switch features a self-locking device to enhance safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, this switch is built to deliver consistent performance.
It operates efficiently within an ambient temperature range, with a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C.
Engineered to withstand outdoor conditions, it performs reliably in wind speeds up to 35 meters/second.
Built with durability in mind, it can endure seismic intensity up to 8 degrees without experiencing frequent severe vibrations at the installation site.
For optimal insulation and conductivity, the installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection to maintain the switch's optimal performance:
Remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
Check all components for damage, especially the insulating porcelain bottle, for any signs of damage or cracks.
Inspect the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
