Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch. Specifically crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it effortlessly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage without load. This reliable switch is designed to deliver exceptional performance in demanding environments.
Engineered for optimal functionality in single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its ingenious simplicity, cost-effective nature, and unmatched user-friendliness. Available in a spectrum of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches feature a robust assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure, it facilitates seamless circuit operation. The gate knife of each phase is composed of two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. The contact pressure essential for its gate knife is achieved by adjusting spring height meticulously. Simple operation using an insulated hook stick aids in opening and closing actions, enhanced by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Installations should be at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Maintain ambient temperature within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Ensures outdoor wind speeds do not surpass 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; The installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Thoroughly examine all parts for any damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to detect damage or cracks.
Verify the conductive parts' contact surfaces to ensure they are in top-notch condition.
