(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It proficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, handling voltage presence without load, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
The switch is designed for single-phase operation in three-phase line systems, distinguished by its streamlined structure, affordability, and user-friendliness. It offers rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The assembly is composed of a sturdy base, post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. With a sophisticated gate knife structure, circuit management is smooth and efficient. Each phase's gate knife includes dual conductive blades with external compression springs, adjustable in height to ensure optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch features an innovative self-locking mechanism for assured safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: Maximum not above +40°C; Minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; The installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect all parts for any damage, with special focus on detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in optimal condition.
