Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a remarkable innovation also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Precisely engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch facilitates flawless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage but devoid of load.
Crafted for single-phase utility within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward design, offering both economic efficiency and user-friendliness. It caters to a spectrum of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch integrates essential components: a sturdy base, robust post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. It employs an innovative gate knife structure for seamless circuit manipulation, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick, it features a sophisticated self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed must not exceed 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensity not beyond 8 degrees, the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must also be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and electrical conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ABOVE BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Carefully inspect all components for any damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential cracks or damage.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
