Designed to excel in single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, the switch is a marvel of simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. Available in a range of rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-these switches are expertly engineered with a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical segment. The innovative gate knife structure allows seamless circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades, supported by exterior compression springs on either side. Finely tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for flawless gate knife performance. The switch's operation is effortlessly managed with an insulated hook stick, enhanced by a built-in self-locking mechanism.

Altitude: Capability assured up to 1000 meters;

Installation, Usage, and Precision Adjustment

Preparatory Installation Steps

1. Diligently remove any dust and debris, carefully polishing the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to a pristine finish.
2. Meticulously clean the ground screw's wiring surface to ensure optimal functionality.
3. Apply a generous layer of industrial Vaseline to all moving parts and contact interfaces, ensuring smooth, dependable operation.
4. Inspect and refine the contact surfaces, adjusting the compression spring's height to meet the standards set in Table II, guaranteeing reliable contact pressure.
5. Engineered exclusively for hoisting applications, this switch is an integral component when paired with a transformer in line operations.
6. Rated Current Specifics: For currents of 200-400 ampere hours, three mounting holes are typically utilized. Higher currents of 600-1000A also make efficient use of three mounting holes.

Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Diligently cleanse all conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior, maintaining peak performance.

Thoroughly inspect all components for damage, with keen focus on detecting any harm or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.

Evaluate the condition of all conductive part surfaces, ensuring their excellence and integrity.
