(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, prominently known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly designed for functionality on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without load engagement.
This switch is engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, distinguished by its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Its rated currents include 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure, it ensures precise circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades with external compression springs on both sides. The adjustable spring height guarantees the essential contact pressure for seamless switch operation. It operates with an insulated hook stick for decisive opening and closing actions, and features a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Operates efficiently at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperatures, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; installation sites should avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXCEED SPECIFIED LIMITS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR ADAPTIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct regular annual inspections on the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain efficiency.
Examine all components for damage, with particular focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive part to ensure efficient operation.
