(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, popularly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is the epitome of advanced design for utilization on high voltage power transmission and distribution lines ranging from 10(12, 15, 24)kV. This remarkable switch is engineered to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while the voltage is present, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Intended for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, the switch stands out with its straightforward structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are comprised of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a mechanical section engineered for excellence. The innovative gate knife structure is employed for circuit operations, featuring two conductive blades per phase and external compression springs for precise contact pressure. Operable with an insulated hook stick and equipped with a self-locking device, this switch embodies both functionality and safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure durability and performance.
The installation location must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY. Our dedicated team is ready to discuss and customize solutions to meet specific requirements, ensuring seamless operation and satisfaction.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual thorough inspection of the following switch components to ensure longevity and reliability:
Meticulously cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal conductivity.
Examine all components for potential damage, placing particular emphasis on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Assess the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it remains in optimal condition for peak performance.
