(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, prominently known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch masterfully opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, but without load. It's engineered for seamless integration into your high-power systems.
This switch is tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, boasting a simplistic yet robust structure, accessible cost-efficiency, and unmatched user-friendliness. Offering rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches include a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife architecture for circuit toggling, each phase's gate knife consists of dual conductive blades with external compression springs on either side. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife operation. An insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing maneuvers, and a self-locking mechanism assures security.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Ensure installation does not exceed altitudes of 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Permissible range from a scorching +40°C to a chilling -30°C;
Wind Speed: Capable of withstanding outdoor gusts not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Seismic Resistance: Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in regions devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
Installation locales must be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, grime, or any explosive or corrosive media that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, CLIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to maintain performance:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact interfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to preserve functionality.
Assiduously check for damage across all parts, with a focus on identifying any cracks or damages in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surfaces are in pristine condition to avoid operational issues.
