(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also elegantly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to deftly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while voltage remains present. This advanced piece of technology ensures seamless power distribution management.
The switch is precisely engineered for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, boasting attributes of simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and ease of operation. Available in an impressive array of rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-these switches are comprised of robust components including a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, superior conductive parts, and a sophisticated mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure for efficient circuit modulation, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs on either side. The design allows for seamless adjustment of spring height to achieve optimal contact pressure. The operation is executed with precision using an insulated hook stick, enhanced by a self-locking device for secure functionality.
Working Environment:
Altitude: The installation site should be at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: The parameters welcome a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, ensuring performance across diverse climates;
Wind endurance: Outdoor wind speeds should gracefully remain below 35 meters/second;
Seismic resilience: The installation site should withstand seismic intensity levels not exceeding 8 degrees, safeguarding against frequent severe vibrations.
Environmental Purity: The site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductive capabilities.
