Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a sophisticated isolation disconnect switch engineered for excellence on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This elite switch is crafted to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, even with voltage present, ensuring seamless operation.
Perfectly crafted for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It comes with an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's architecture includes a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section, all integrated to perfection. A gate knife structure ensures impeccable circuit control, with each phase's mechanism featuring two conductive blades and external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. The operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick and a dependable self-locking device, setting the standard for efficiency and safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Optimal ambient temperature ranges from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; installations should be in areas free from persistent severe vibrations.
Ideal installation sites are devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's superior insulation and conductivity.

WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Conduct a comprehensive annual inspection of these switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain peak performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a keen focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in impeccable condition for reliable operation.
