The iron core is crafted using high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, significantly minimizing no-load losses to elevate efficiency and performance.

For high-voltage windings, an innovative multi-layer structure is utilized. Products up to 500kVA feature meticulously designed multi-layer low-voltage windings. For transformers of 630kVA and above, a pioneering new spiral type for low-voltage windings is implemented, significantly enhancing electrical performance and mechanical strength, particularly during short-circuit conditions.

A standout feature of this transformer is its pan-seal structure, expertly engineered to isolate the transformer oil from external air, thereby preventing oil aging and significantly boosting operational reliability. The intelligently designed oil tank employs corrugated plates to facilitate optimal oil circulation and superior heat dissipation.
