By meticulously refining loss coefficients and optimizing the copper-to-iron ratio, it achieves a groundbreaking design that marries superior loss reduction with cost-effectiveness. The iron core is crafted from high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, significantly minimizing no-load losses and setting a new standard in transformer efficiency.

In its high-voltage windings, a sophisticated multi-layer structure is employed, with products up to 500kVA featuring highly-efficient multi-layer low-voltage windings. For transformers with a capacity of 630kVA and above, we have introduced an innovative spiral type for low-voltage windings. This advancement significantly enhances electrical performance and mechanical strength, particularly under the stress of short circuits, ensuring robustness and durability.

A distinctive feature is its advanced pan-seal structure, which meticulously isolates the transformer oil from external air. This prevents oil aging and significantly boosts operational reliability.
