The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is built to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring reliable performance and safety.
Designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward structure, impeccable cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Available rated currents range from 200 to 1250 amps, catering to diverse energy needs. The switch is constructed with a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A gate knife structure is pivotal for achieving circuit operation. Each phase comprises two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height fine-tunes the contact pressure, optimizing the switch's gate knife performance. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick for precise opening and closing, and is equipped with a robust self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters to ensure optimal switch operation.
Ambient temperature must range between +40°C maximum and -30°C minimum, accommodating diverse climatic conditions.
Outdoor wind speed should remain below 35 meters/second for stable operation.
Seismic intensity must not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE SPECIFICATIONS, USERS MAY NEGOTIATE CONDITIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regular annual maintenance is essential to ensure peak performance. Check the following components of the switch:
Remove accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain optimal conductivity.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all components for any damage, with a focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts is in excellent condition, maintaining efficient electricity flow.
