(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, affectionately known as the "fuse," is meticulously engineered for outdoor overhead distribution systems, boasting a rated frequency of 50Hz and an impressive rated voltage of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). This powerhouse of protection acts as a vigilant guardian for circuits or electrical equipment, coming to the rescue in case of overloads or short-circuit faults within power systems. During normal operations, the fuse seamlessly integrates in series within the power line, remaining in a state of tension with a securely locked movable joint. In the event of a line failure, the fault current prompts the fuse to blow, swiftly releasing the movable joint and causing the fuse tube to drop, effectively severing the circuit and safeguarding line and equipment maintenance. Enhancing the ordinary type, the load type fuse incorporates elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, providing exceptional functionality to open and close the load current in power systems.
The fuse adheres to a suite of technical standards, including GB/T 15166.3 - 2008 High Voltage AC Fuses - Part 3: Injection Fuses, and DL/T 640 - 1997 Outdoor AC High Voltage Drop Tested Fuses and Fuse Links Ordering Technical Conditions, ensuring top-tier reliability and performance.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature: A resilient range of -40°C to +40°C;
Relative humidity: The daily average does not exceed 95%, while the monthly average remains below 90%;
The operational altitude is maintained below 3000 meters;
Outdoor wind speed must stay within the threshold of 34 meters per second;
Installation site: Ideal for areas free from fire, explosion hazards, corrosive chemicals, and well-ventilated spaces.
Note: If operating conditions exceed these normal parameters, users are encouraged to negotiate with the company for tailor-made solutions.
