The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, has been meticulously engineered for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative device is perfect for opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without any load, yet with voltage present, ensuring seamless operations.
This switch is specifically crafted for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, remarkable cost-effectiveness, and unparalleled ease of use. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a robust base, reliable post insulators, highly conductive parts, and a meticulously engineered mechanical section. The use of a gate knife structure for opening and closing the circuit enhances efficiency. Each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, with external compression springs positioned on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is perfectly achieved. Operation is simplified with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, complemented by a sophisticated self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Not to exceed 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Temperature Range: Ambient temperature should not rise above +40°C or fall below -30°C, accommodating diverse climatic conditions.
Wind Conditions: Outdoor wind speeds should not surpass 35 meters/second, ensuring stable and secure operations.
Seismic Considerations: The installation site should not exceed a seismic intensity of 8 degrees, maintaining operational integrity. Additionally, the site should not be prone to frequent severe vibrations.
Environmental Safety: The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums, as these can significantly affect the switch's insulation and conductivity, ensuring uncompromised performance.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY TO ARRANGE CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Annual Maintenance: Regularly inspect the following parts of the switch every year to ensure continued excellence and performance:
Dirt Removal: Carefully remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal conductivity and operation.
Damage Inspection: Thoroughly check all parts for potential damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage and cracks, securing the switch's integrity.
Conductivity Check: Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in prime condition for superior performance and reliability.
