Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch. This top-tier apparatus is engineered specifically for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, allowing for seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. While the circuit remains energized, this switch performs without engaging any load, ensuring safety and reliability.
Designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its simplistic design, economic advantage, and user-friendly operation. It comes with a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, suitable for diverse requirements. Each switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive elements, and a reliable mechanical section. The gate knife structure, pivotal for circuit operations, features precise dual conductive blades per phase, with adjustable external compression springs on each side. This adjustment ensures optimal contact pressure. The switch operates through an insulated hook stick, providing user convenience for manual opening and closing, while an integrated self-locking device enhances operational safety.
Working Environment:
Optimal functionality at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature maintained within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Tolerates seismic activities up to 8 degrees; however, installation should be in areas devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the insulative and conductive properties of the switch.
