Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an engineering marvel in the realm of power transmission and distribution. Designed specifically for high voltage lines ranging from 10 to 24kV, this isolation disconnect switch is an essential tool for controlling single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage without load. Its robust design ensures seamless operation and reliable performance.
Crafted with precision, this switch is optimized for single-phase application within three-phase systems, showcasing a blend of simplicity and economic efficiency. Available in rated currents from 200 up to 1250 amps, its construction comprises a sturdy base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure facilitates smooth circuit operations, supported by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. With an insulated hook stick, users can effortlessly operate the switch, which also boasts a self-locking mechanism for added safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Designed to excel at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures from a scorching +40°C to a chilly -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, ensuring stability in windy conditions;
Built to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ideally suited for sites without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED NORMAL PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

Annual maintenance checklist for optimal performance:
Regularly remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles.
Conduct thorough inspections for any damage, with particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any cracks or damage.
Ensure that the contact surfaces of all conductive parts maintain optimal condition and connectivity.
