The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for the seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It masterfully facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present, ensuring efficient performance without load.
This superior switch is tailored for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, renowned for its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendliness. The available rated currents span an impressive range of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades with external compression springs on both ends. Adjusting the spring height ensures the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operations are conveniently executed with an insulated hook stick for precise opening and closing actions, all enhanced by a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum capped at +40°C; minimum threshold set at -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should remain under 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The designated installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
It is imperative to conduct annual inspections, covering the following areas of the switch:
Methodically remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Diligently check all components for potential damage, with a focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition.
