This innovative switch facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage, but without any load, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Tailored specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward design, offering both cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. With a range of rated currents available, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it affords versatility to meet diverse operational needs. The switch is composed of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a resilient mechanical section, all working in harmony to ensure efficient functionality. Its gate knife structure, comprising dual conductive blades per phase and externally mounted compression springs on both sides, allows for precise contact pressure adjustments via spring height modification. The switch's operation is streamlined through an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for enhanced security and ease of use.
Working Environment:
Altitude requirements: not exceeding 1000 meters; ensuring optimal operational conditions.
Ambient temperature: a comfortable maximum of +40°C to a minimum chill of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed: maintain a serene environment with speeds below 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity: limited to a maximum of 8 degrees; ensure installation sites are free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could impede the switch's insulation and conductivity.
