Discover the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, meticulously engineered for the effective operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This state-of-the-art device is specifically designed to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits under the presence of voltage but without load.
Crafted for single-phase utility within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Architecturally, these switches incorporate a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a well-engineered mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure is employed for the act of circuit opening and closing. Each phase features a gate knife composed of two conductive blades, with strategically placed external compression springs on either side. By calibrating the spring height, the essential contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operated with an insulated hook stick, this switch ensures safe opening and closing actions and includes a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Operates efficiently within ambient temperatures: a maximum soaring up to +40°C and a minimum dipping down to -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters/second;
Constructed to endure a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ensure that the installation site is free from frequent, significant vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following components of the switch:
Remove any debris or dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with a particular focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure flawless performance.
