(H)GWBEB Type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, also revered as the Isolation Disconnect Switch, is meticulously engineered for optimal performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It seamlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring operational efficiency when voltage is present, but under no-load conditions.
Crafted with precision for single-phase functionalities within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly attributes. Available in various rated current options—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—it comprises a robust base, reliable post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure, enhancing performance. An insulated hook stick governs the opening and closing actions, while a self-locking mechanism ensures secure operations.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum not surpassing +40°C; minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should be within 8 degrees; the installation location must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual assessment to inspect the following switch components:
Meticulously remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to ensure optimal functionality.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a focused examination for any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure superior contact quality by verifying the condition of the conductive parts' contact surfaces.
