(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered to operate on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to efficiently open and close both single-phase or three-phase circuits without engaging the load, yet maintaining voltage presence. This switch ensures seamless performance in high-voltage scenarios.
The switch is ideally crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems where simplicity and cost-effectiveness are paramount. With an array of rated currents available—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—this switch fits diverse operational needs. Its structure consists of a robust base, durable post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure, it ensures meticulous circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is attained. The operational ease is enhanced with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude specification: not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal efficacy.
Ambient temperature: Experience superior performance with temperature ranges from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C.
Outdoor wind speed: Designed to withstand speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second, providing stability and reliability.
Seismic intensity: Ensures steadfast performance withstanding up to 8 degrees; recommended for installation in areas devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that might adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY TO CUSTOMIZE SUITABILITY TO THEIR UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure annual checks on the following switch components:
Thoroughly remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain pristine performance.
Inspect all components for possible damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle, examining for any signs of damage or cracks.
Evaluate whether the contact surface of the conductive parts maintains optimal functionality.
