Its design empowers you to effortlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, offering unparalleled reliability and precision.

Crafted for excellence, this switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. Its hallmark features include an uncomplicated structure, budget-friendly pricing, and exceptional ease of use. Choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is meticulously constructed from a base, robust post insulators, conductive elements, and an advanced mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife mechanism ensures smooth circuit operation, incorporating two conductive blades per phase, complemented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the ideal contact pressure for the gate knife is achieved, guaranteeing optimal performance. For operational convenience, a durable insulated hook stick enables safe opening and closing actions, while a robust self-locking device adds an extra layer of security.

Working Environment:

Ensuring optimal functionality, the switch is designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.

Capable of withstanding a wide range of ambient temperatures, with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C.

Engineered to endure outdoor conditions, the switch remains effective with wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second.

Built with resilience, the switch withstands seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability even in challenging conditions. The installation site should avoid frequent severe vibrations.

The installation site must be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that might adversely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Ensure a perfect start by removing dust and dirt from all components. Meticulously wipe clean the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle for pristine performance.
2. Thoroughly scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to ensure optimal connectivity.
3. Enhance the longevity of moving components by applying a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas.
4. Inspect the contact surface meticulously and adjust the compression spring height to align the contact pressure with the specifications outlined in Table II.
5. This switch is ideally suited for hoisting applications and is meant to be used in tandem with the transformer on the line for efficient energy transmission.
6. Designed for versatile functionality, the switch typically operates at a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, utilizing three mounting holes. For 600-1000A applications, three mounting holes are also standard.

Annual Maintenance: Ensure consistent peak performance by performing regular checks on the following switch components each year:
Efficiently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal conductivity and performance.

Conduct a thorough inspection of all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking diligently for any damage or cracks.

Examine the conductive parts' contact surfaces meticulously to ascertain their condition and ensure flawless operation.
