(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It allows for the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, even in the absence of load. This exceptional capability ensures robust and reliable performance in various scenarios.
Crafted for single-phase operation in three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its uncomplicated, cost-effective design and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's architecture includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical assembly, featuring a gate knife system for circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife is composed of dual conductive blades, equipped with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife is achieved. Operations are conducted using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for secure handling.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
It performs optimally within an ambient temperature range: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
It withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
The device is engineered to sustain a seismic intensity not surpassing 8 degrees, and should be installed in sites with minimal severe vibrations.
Installation locations must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive media that could severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance should include thorough inspection and cleaning of the switch:
Remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with special emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or other damages.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition to guarantee reliability.
