Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle of engineering precision, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This switch is expertly crafted for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, even under voltage, without load. Experience superior functionality in your high voltage applications!
This versatile switch is tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple structure, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and unparalleled ease of use. Choose from a variety of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is an assembly of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and an efficient mechanical section. Featuring a state-of-the-art gate knife structure for optimal circuit operations, each phase's gate knife is equipped with two robust conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. Adjust these springs to fine-tune the contact pressure, ensuring reliable connectivity. Operate the switch effortlessly using an insulated hook stick, and enjoy the peace of mind provided by its self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Ideal for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates efficiently within an ambient temperature range: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities not surpassing 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from harmful gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could negatively impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH OUR COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
We recommend an annual check-up to ensure optimal performance of the switch:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all components for any damage, with a focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains intact and in excellent condition.
