The distinguished (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often synonymous with the isolation disconnect switch, stands as an engineering marvel tailored for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Designed specifically to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while maintaining the presence of voltage, this switch ensures optimal performance and reliability.
Crafted for single-phase operation in three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its simplistic design, economic value, and user-friendliness. With a spectrum of rated currents such as 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are comprised of a foundational base, post insulators, conductive elements, and an intricate mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife incorporates dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, the requisite contact pressure is attained for the switch's gate knife. Operating with an insulated hook stick, this switch boasts a self-locking mechanism for secure handling.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operable in ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Compatible with outdoor environments where wind speed does not exceed 35 meters/second;
Resilient to seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; installation sites should avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The switch installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Ensure dirt removal from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Examine all components for any damage, with a focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for integrity issues such as damage or cracks.
Verify the condition of the conductive part's contact surface for optimal functionality.
