Introducing the (H)GWBEB type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch, meticulously crafted for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This exceptional switch is engineered to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, but without any load.
Designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. The switch supports rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it versatile for various applications. Comprising a sturdy base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment, the switch incorporates a gate knife structure for precise circuit control. Each phase features a gate knife with dual conductive blades, augmented by external compression springs on either side to ensure optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring height. Operation is conducted using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for security.
Working Environment:
Optimal performance is ensured at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: the switch operates best with a maximum temperature of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
The switch withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed for seismic areas, it can endure seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity abilities.

FOR CONDITIONS EXCEEDING NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual thorough inspection of the switch, focusing on these critical components:
Remove accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or breaks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts is intact and performing optimally.
