(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle of engineering excellence, is also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Designed with precision for deployment on 10 (12, 15, 24) kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits. Crafted to operate without load but with voltage present, this switch is a testament to advanced technology and reliability.
Ingeniously designed for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simplistic design, economical pricing, and user-friendly operation. It is available in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring versatility for diverse applications. Comprising a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, this switch utilizes a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, fortified by external compression springs on either side. The adjustable spring height guarantees optimal contact pressure, enhancing performance. To facilitate operation, an insulated hook stick is employed, complemented by a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed for an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dipping below -30°C;
Engineered to function optimally in outdoor conditions with wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; It should be installed at sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, CUSTOMERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections on the following components of the switch:
Ensure conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces are clean and free from dirt.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or damage.
Verify the contact surface of the conductive parts is in excellent condition.
