(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is designed to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, even when voltage is present, offering seamless performance without load.
Engineered for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its straightforward design, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a sturdy base, post insulators, conductors, and a mechanical segment. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure is set for optimal gate knife engagement. The switch operates using an insulated hook stick, ensuring safe and reliable opening and closing actions. It also incorporates a self-locking mechanism to ensure secure operation.
Working Environment:
Designed for use at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of operating in ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to sustain seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; installation should avoid locations with frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive media that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain performance.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive parts' contact surfaces maintain excellent condition.
