The (H)GWBEB outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also esteemed as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is purposed to deftly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence but devoid of load.
This switch, designed for single-phase use in robust three-phase line systems, stands out with its uncomplicated design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. With rated current options spanning 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps, these switches are constructed with a solid base, reliable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure enables seamless circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife incorporates dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's operation. An insulated hook stick facilitates operational commands for opening and closing, while a self-locking device assures security.
Optimal Working Environment Conditions:
The installation altitude should be no more than 1000 meters above sea level;
Ambient temperature range: maximum should not surpass +40°C, while minimum should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor conditions stipulate wind speeds must not exceed 35 meters per second;
Seismic activity should not exceed 8 degrees; ensure the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive elements that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Usage, and Adjustment Guidelines
Essential Pre-installation Steps
Annually, conduct a meticulous inspection of the following switch components:
Clear any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal conductivity.
Examine all parts for any signs of damage, with a keen focus on detecting any breakages or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive component’s contact surfaces to ensure flawless performance.
